Thanks to DallasBasketball.com who reported earlier when this game 1 would happen if Denver won tonight. Well the Nuggets demolished New Orleans 107-86 led by Carmelo Anthony's 34 points.
The Nuggets swept the 4 games against Dallas this season but 2 of those games were without Josh Howard and the last game (The last time the Mavs lost at home March 27th) a 103-101 loss, they were without Jason Kidd and J-Ho. Denver has averaged 108 points per game in their 5 games this playoffs, so it will be a stiff test for the (recently) defensively stout Mavs. Full preview later this week.
Nuggets look like a different team in the post season. I predict abject failure for the little Mavs. Nuggets in 5.
