Nets Go For 0-18 Tonight In Jersey

Is this the one where Dallas finds yet another way to lose embarrassingly, again.(AP Photo/Mark J. Terrill)

New Jersey is aiming for an 0-18 start, which would be the worst in the history of the NBA. Luckily for the Nets, they are playing a Dallas Mavericks team that loves to fail spectacularly; no matter how good they are.

Anyone else see how crazy this game against the New Jersey Nets is?
  • Snow in early December.
  • Devin Harris plays well against his former team (29.5 points, 10 assists last 2 games against Dallas)
  • Dallas is banged up and is playing some of their worst basketball of the season, trying to integrate new players and injured players returning to the lineup.
  • The Mavericks have lost their last two games in New Jersey by a combined 21.5 points.
  • I got ridiculously hammered last night on my birthday.
Put these eerie coincidences together, and its all starting to add up. (maybe except for the first and the last points)
